Sponsor a Seminarian with Prayer

The Scranton Cursillo community is invited to support the seminarians of the Diocese of Scranton through one of the most meaningful gifts we can offer, prayer.

We invite each Group Reunion to prayerfully “adopt” a seminarian and commit to praying for him during your Group Reunions and in your personal daily prayers. Together, we can surround these men with the prayers and encouragement of our Cursillo community as they continue to discern and prepare for their vocation to the priesthood.

Seminarians who have already been sponsored by a Group Reunion are noted below. Please choose a seminarian who has not yet been sponsored and use the link below to let us know who your group has chosen. Our hope is to ensure that every seminarian has a Cursillo Group Reunion lifting him up in prayer.

As this ministry grows, we hope to offer additional opportunities to support our seminarians through Mass intentions, blessed Rosaries, personal encouragement, and other expressions of prayerful support.
